you can find these everywhere....lol

Let's Begin....open up your tag template up in
paint shop go to Windows~Duplicate.
Now close out the first tag tamplate, go ahead now and open
your Glitter tile into PSP and your tube your going to use.
Activate the grey middle area of the Heart click on it with your magic
wand, copy and paste the lighter green paper~go to Noise
add noise monochrome 45,Select~invert~Edit~Cut
Now activate the lighter grey Heart click on it with magic wand
and copy and paste the pink paper, Selections~Invert~Edit~Cut. Now activate
the white layer of the heart click on it with magic wand copy and paste glitter tile and then go
to Colorize and colorize using a color in your tube,Selections~Invert~Edit~Cut.
You may add drop shadows where you like my driop shadows i use are 1,1,45,5.
Activate outer layer behind the hearts click with magic wand Selections~Modify~Smooth~10
copy and paste the green paper with Hearts,Selections~Invert~Edit~Cut. Now got to the
word LOVE activate it, click on it with magic wand,Selections~Modify~Smooth10 fill with what ever color
you choose i used balck, then added the (I) using the font Impact. Added the Faeries with the font Palatino Linotype which are both free fonts....Add your tube and different
elements,copyrights at this time, merge all. Add your name and
waaaaalaaaa, your done!
Animating Name
I used the font Gabrielle and i used two colors green and pink. Click on the inside color
add noise 45 monochrome, copy and paste to As. Repeat using noise 50 monochrome
copy and paste after second layer in AS,repeat a 3rd time adding 55
noise monochrome and copy and paste after third layer in AS,
play animation save as gif. file
waaaaalaaaaaaaa tag is done.
